The
trip focuses on the diversity of bird life found within the north of
Gunung Halimun National Park. Of the 200 species which have been recorded,
9 are protected species including the Endangered Javan Hawk Eagle (Spizaetus
bartelsi), and 5 species are endemic to Java.
Forest trecks will vary their locations from Primary montane forest,
lakes, plantations, rivers and streams.
There will also be an overnight stay in the forest to observe the activity
of nocturnal species.
The trip lasts 3 nights and 4 days.
